Our Firm
We focus our efforts on working with organizations that are serious about their employee benefits and on individuals who want and need a retirement plan. Our clients include: Retirees, Pre-Retirees, Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, and Independent Contractors.
We help business owner’s design and customize a plan that best fits their organization and their own financial desires. Special emphasis is placed on complying with Department of Labor fiduciary responsibilities. We normally start the process by analyzing current plans to determine their exposure to fiduciary requirements and conformance with their investment policy statement.
If you are Retired or a Pre-Retiree, we can help you develop a comprehensive plan for your retirement. These plans include a highly disciplined and structured approach that takes into account each of your goals and then creating a strategy to make sure your assets are properly invested to meet those goals.

Securities accounts are cleared through Pershing, a leading provider of comprehensive brokerage execution and clearance to financial organizations worldwide. Securities and cash awaiting reinvestment held in custody by Pershing customer accounts are insured up to the total amount held in the accounts. Of this total, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) provides $500,000 of coverage, including $100,000 for claims for cash awaiting reinvestment. The remaining coverage on both cash and securities is provided by Pershing through a commercial insurer. The account protection applies when a SIPC member firm fails financially and is unable to meet obligations to securities clients, but it does not protect against losses from the rise and fall in market value of investments.
